Infant Items

• Car Seats

• Cribs that do not meet all 5 of the following requirements

  1. Manufactured on or after June 28, 2011​

  2. Manufacturer and warning labels are fully attached and legible

  3. Includes printed manual or printed QR code linking to digital manual

  4. Clean and Stain Free

  5. Complete and in great condition

• Personal care products such as diaper cream, lotion, baby wash etc

• Medication, food, or formula

• Used pacifiers or bottle nipples

• Breast pumps or pump parts other than manufacturer sealed

• Owlet Smart Sock 2

Clothing

• Adult sizes or adult-focused brands, except approved athleisure

• Out-of-season items (ex: coats for the spring sale or tank tops for the Fall Sale)

• Items that are no longer in current, popular style

• Items that are stained, damaged, dirty, strongly scented, or covered in pet hair

• Undergarments except new in package and sports bras

Shoes

• Adult styles

• Pairs that are excessively worn or missing laces

• Dirty shoes

• Out-of-season footwear (ex: sandals for the fall sale, or winter boots for the spring sale)

Books, Media, & Crafts

• Adult books, including cookbooks and self-help books

• R-rated DVDs, Blu-rays, or VHS tapes

• Explicit-content CDs

• Video games rated M

• Mixed bags of arts and crafts

• Used single-use items

• Otteroos or similar infant neck floats

• Water beads

Toys

• Non-licensed plush

• Recalled items or products that pose a safety risk

• Battery-operated items without working batteries or with battery corrosion

• Items that do not work or are not clean

• Items with stains, holes, or excessive wear

• Items missing essential parts or pieces, including safety straps

Other Restricted Items

• Queen- or king-size bedding

• Items not made for children

• Vintage items

• Personal care items, including shampoo, lotion, makeup, and press-on nails

Any item that is damaged, dirty, contains ordors or pet hair, recalled, or unsafe.
